We hope you are really ecstatic with your Wry Baby purchase. However,if you should need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by calling us at 704-660-6955 or emailing us at onlinesales@wrybaby.com within 14 days to obtain areturn authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please provide your Wry Baby order number, located on the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, in the original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.

| Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please
allow up to 5 further business days for orders to arrive via UPS ground.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you need something in a hurry, we offer
expedited shipping options at checkout. You must provide a valid Email
Address to receive your shipping notification and tracking number
via email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping
address. Don't forget to provide a suite or apt. number, as there
is a $10 rerouting fee to correct a shipment in route (UPS policy).
If an item on your order is restocking within 3 days, we will hold
your order to ship complete. Otherwise, we will send any backordered
items when they arrive. Check your order status by clicking the My
Account button on our website. |

charge. Just click the gift note button during checkout. While
we do not offer gift-wrapping at this time, most items ship in
nifty vinyl bags. |
