Most orders are processed within 2 business days, and ship from the East coast. For USPS Priority (our flat rate shipping option), please allow an average of 2-7 days after shipment for delivery. Delivery confirmation is available through the US Postal website. Your tracking confirmation # will be emailed to you. During busy shipping holidays, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. For FEDEX Ground, please allow 5 further business days for transit time. Saturday delivery is available only to residential addresses. 2nd Day Air is available as an expedited shipping method. FEDEX tracking is available through the My Account button on our website. FEDEX does not process orders addressed to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box for delivery, your order will be sent through the US Postal Service automatically, with no postal rate refund. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. If you select FEDEX as your method of shipment, it may be possible to reroute your package while in transit for a $10 fee. For your security, be sure to provide an address where someone will be available to receive the package. We are not responsible for items that are stolen after delivery. As well, we cannot assist in retrieving packages from addresses that were provided to us in error..
For International shipments, please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive via the local country's postal system. Recipients are responsible for any duties that may be imposed by your country's customs agency. Shipments that are returned due to undeliverable addresses or that are refused, will incur an $8 processing fee. Shipping is non refundable. For assistance with shipping to foreign countries, please feel free to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you.

Wry Baby orders are processed on a secure server, and your information is safe with us. We do not share your information with, or sell your information to anyone.
We hope you are ecstatic with your Wry Baby purchase or gift. However, should you need to return or exchange an item that you have received from our web store, you can do so by calling us at 704-660-6955 or emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please provide your Wry Baby order number, located on your packing slip. Items not purchased through our website will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are the recipient of a gift purchased online, you may return the item for an exchange only. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, in the original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.
